PRODUCT GUARANTEE - Unless otherwise stated all products carry a statutory 12 month warranty subject to the product not being misused, damaged or incorrectly wired or powered. Subject to your statutory rights in respect of quality and fitness for the purpose intended. We make no representations or warranties either express or implied of any kind in respect of the products sold. Product styles may vary dependent on the product item. Line of Sight ranges for our range of transmitters may vary depending on location of the individual transmitter. All ranges stated are maximum ranges achieved in perfect conditions.

SHIPPING HANDLING / LEGAL STATUS - Orders are generally shipped via insured ground delivery for just £ 6.00 (UK) per order. For International orders shipping is by standard airmail charged at £ 10.00 per order. Where possible all orders will be despatched on the same day as ordered and usually received next day. However if certain items are restricted due to stock shortages or are made to order items, we will attempt to delivery these items as soon as is possible. Bespoke items that are made to order take longer to prepare and deliver. Please check to see if your order item is made to order. Customers who require an item within a certain timescale should also check before ordering that delivery is possible within the timescale required. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain and abide by all applicable country or federal laws in regard to possession and use of any of our products and that all products purchased will be used in a lawful manner. We assume no responsibility or liability associated with product purchase or misuse. The purchaser must not breach the data protections act or wireless communications act in any way. No item must be modified from the original manufacturers specification. The buyer is responsible for any loss damage or expenses of any kind, arising out of the misuse of any of our products.

RETURNS / REFUNDS POLICY - All products ordered are tested before despatch. Defective products will be replaced subject to warranty. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management. Air band equipment performance can vary from location to location. Please test the equipment in the location you wish to use it for quality. Should it not be of sufficient quality you have the 7 day period in which to evaluate and notify us of your requirement to return the equipment. An authorisation for the return of any item must be obtained and a returns authorisation number issued before goods can be accepted as returned. Software sales, due to the nature of software supplied by us, class as non-standard items and are not covered by the distance selling regulations or our returns policy.

Therefore if you receive a product in the form of a digital download or program on a CD disc it will be deemed as delivered and is therefore non returnable and non refundable. Please do not purchase this item if you do not agree with our terms and conditions. All returns goods must be returned in the same condition as when sold including outer packaging. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the goods are kept in perfect condition prior to return. Goods returned not deemed to be in original sale condition will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY - In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations customers have seven day period starting from the day of receipt of the item to notify us in writing of their intention to return the item and request a refund. This seven day period does not apply to software programs which are used unless faulty. Customers can also cancel their order and will be entitled to a full refund if cancelled before the order item(s) has/have been shipped or received. Customers are responsible for the costs incurred in returning any item . Items may be returned only with a return authorisation number. Refunds will be processed within 30 days. Should an attempt be made to deliver an unauthorised return it will not be accepted and returned to sender. When a returns authorisation number is issued a returns address will also be given. The item to be returned should then be sent to the address supplied. Customers are responsible for the return of any item. Cancellation of made to order items will incur a cancellation charge to cover work carried out following order, please contact us to establish if the item is made to order.
